This week we have had a brand new Pull Up rig installed in our power room meaning that multiple people can use the same bit of kit – meaning less crowding and waiting.

As you can see in the picture this is a big piece of kit! With a wing off it that creates an additional 3ft incline to allow for jumping pull ups, along with attachments such as TRX's, gymnastic rings, ropes, towels and bands.
