Power Room This is our diverse range of training equipment we have in our strengthen the body as a whole as opposed to just working on individual muscle groups. The rings can be used in progressions from triceps dips, pull ups and press ups. The 20k battling rope offers a different way of working your muscles whilst maintaining intensity. It can be hooked around a pole (like the picture) and thrown up and down to create back and shoulder exercises but also lifted on its own, pulled dragged etc. Sledge hammer training again is used to work the core muscles as well as other muscles whilst allowing you to maintain a high intensity to burn those calories and develop strength all in one movement! The 45" 10kg medicine balls can be used for just about anything. They are a great asset to the gym for pushing and catching drills. |
